In the film, PAY IT FORWARD,  a teacher asks his students to come up with a way to change the world and implement it. One student comes up with an idea to do good deeds for three people.  When those 3 people ask how they can pay him back, he says to  "Pay It Forward”,  theorizing that these good deeds would then multiply exponentially.

The Spay Neuter Assistance Project (SNAP) is a new program operating under the Franklin County Humane Society.  Our goal is to target qualified LOW INCOME pet owners who have not had their animals sterilized because of cost and can not afford even the subsidized prices at our Planned Pethood Clinic.

We begin our ambitious project with the deep desire to reduce pet euthanasia at our county’s animal control shelter.  If people can’t afford to spay/neuter their pets, it is the animals who suffer when there is no place for them.

The Good News Is YOU can Help ALTER this sad situation in our community by SPAYING  IT FORWARD.

Please help us continue to raise monies for sterilizations by donating whatever you can afford.

Then tell 3 people about our project and encourage them to SPAY IT FORWARD.
